Landsfair Capability

We have 530 tons cold chambers, and 125, 150, 200, 315, 350 and 500 tons hot chamber. The total quantity of Die Cast machine is 15 sets. They are suitable for producing notebook LCD cover, lower case, 3C components, and automotive products.

We have 40 sets machines, equipments including Tap Machine, Auto-Trimming Machine and Multi-spindle Head Drilling Machine to comply with three-dimension measures and self-inspection.

There are ten polishing and grinding lines, including 6 lines for manual control and 4 lines for automatic robot control. Moreover, the facilitated 5 fine finishing lines and 8 deburring treatment lines can provide a wide range of production capacity to meet the mass production for various products.

The major equipments include:
•  Three liquid painting rooms for 10K grade clean room.
•  Three dried lines for 100K grade clean room.
•  Two colorful powder lines
