Company Profile

Landsfair Technology Corporation, established in 1998, has been built up modern facilities, including hot and cold chambers and a series of automatic equipments, and grown to be one of Taiwan’s leading manufacturers in the production of magnesium alloy die casting parts. In July of 2001, Ichia Technologies, Inc. took over Landsfair and introduced the well-trained technical team to re-engineer the company with a tremendously magnificent feature. Taking the advantage of outstanding technical support and fertile resources and experiences, Landsfair can completely satisfy its customers and meet the commits as well. Landsfair’s production facility is located in Gueishan, Taoyuan country, Taiwan, occupying a 7,620-square-meter site with more than 200 employees. The plant consists of fifteen sets of die casting machine and twenty sets of CNC lathes. Five automatic painting lines are equipped to provide excellent painting and various color-printing services in accordance with customer’s request. The automation team is organized to research, develop and improve the production process in order to create the ultimate production capacity. Moreover, with the establishment of SuZhou plant, the capacity and capability is going to be accordingly increased. Being a R&D-oriented company, Landsfair has enabled to be the leading manufacturer in the magnesium alloy industry. Landsfair’s commitment to R&D includes the development in product and application programs in order to provide added value to customers. To achieve the highest standards of quality and customer service, Landsfair continues to strengthen its position in 3C industry, NB, mobile, camera, PDA and automotive components as well. Mold Design
The experienced engineers design the mold and deliver to the customers. The state-of-the-art technical support could speed up the mold design process and rapidly lead into mass production with the assistance of CAD/CAM software, which include Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD 2005, MAGMA, and CAM Tool as well.

Mold Making
Well-grounded molding engineers can provide the high quality mold on time in 25~35 days for T1 test and lead into mass production in 40~60 days. The capacity is 8 sets molds per month. We also provide the accurate prototype for customers for earlier EMI, safety, thermal testing approval.

Laboratory
Several manufacture problems could be well explained and scientifically defined with the experiment data offered by the professional researchers. The analying categories include Metallography, Mechanism, Physics, Corrosion, Thermal-Fluid and Thermal-Mechanism.

Process Modification and Automation
The reason of defect, analyzed by the investigation data, can effectively help to explicit the issue, modulate the process conditions and raise the yield rate. By holding the curial technology, the process modification and automation can lead to the cost-down and the stable quality.
